Halloween Adventures Near Cromer
North Norfolk comes alive with spooky fun during October half-term, and there’s plenty for families to enjoy beyond the park. October half term brings pumpkin patches, Halloween trails, spooky steam train rides, themed seasonal events across North Norfolk. Spend the day exploring nearby Cromer, Sheringham or Holt before returning to the peaceful surroundings of the park.
Over in Great Yarmouth, don’t miss the Halloween Spooktacular at the Hippodrome Circus, a thrilling mix of acrobatics, comedy, and Halloween-themed entertainment inside one of the UK’s last surviving purpose-built circus buildings.
You can also enjoy some daytime family fun: join the Pensthorpe Pumpkin Festival, pick your own pumpkin just down the road at Alby Crafts & Gardens, get hands-on with creepy crawlies at The Bug Parc, or ride a nostalgic steam train on the Bure Valley Railway - kids go free during half-term. With Cromer’s beaches, cliff-top walks, and nearby attractions like Amazona Zoo, there’s lots to see and do.
