Deer’s Glade has all the amenities and facilities you need to enjoy an exceptional holiday with family, friends, and loved-ones. Priding ourselves on our high-standards, the holiday park is equipped for those wishing to pitch a tent, park a caravan, campervan or motor home, or those looking to pack a few belongings and glamp.
Reception
There is always someone on hand to help whether during reception opening times or out-of-office hours. Our reception team will be available for check-in on arrival during these times, as well as to help with information about the local area, and to answer any questions about your stay. The on-site shop, coffee station, and ice-cream machine can also be found at reception.

- Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm (Low season)
- Friday 8.00am - 7.00pm (Low season)
- Saturday & Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Low season)
- High season we may open slightly later, please check with reception.

Shower, WC & Laundry Blocks
We’re often praised for our shower block facilities and cleanliness. With two main shower and WC blocks at opposite sides of the site, each block has underfloor heating and plenty of room to shower and dress privately. Plug sockets are available for hairdryers. Disabled facilities are also located at both shower blocks.
Additional shower and WC pods for the private use of our glamping guests are positioned at the Bell Tents and the woodland Mega and Camping Pods.
For added convenience, you’ll find a laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers at each of the shower blocks for guest use and an undercover washing-up area.
For our caravanning guests, we provide disposal zones for both grey sink waste and Elsan disposal points for chemical toilet waste. These can be found at both shower blocks.

The onsite shop is guaranteed to be well-stocked with all your holiday essentials. Whether you’ve forgotten your toothbrush or toiletries, or fancy a pack of biscuits with your cup of tea, we’ve pretty much got you covered.
Takeaway coffee can also be purchased with a choice of all the standard favourites and access to our Fwip gelato ice cream and frozen yogurt machine.
With such strong Norfolk roots, we ensure that we provide guests with a quality range of local produce. From freshly laid eggs from our farm, local meats, and bread to a tasty tipple of local beers and wine, you’ll not only find useful items for your stay, but you’ll also find Norfolk produce to take home.
Our onsite shop is open in line with reception hours.
Playground & Picnic Area
The play area has a brand new addition "Charlie" the Tractor and Trailer wooden play unit comes with climbing, scrambling and sliding, children with have lots of fun climbing up Charlie's bonnet and into the cab, across the rope bridge and onto the trailer, they can then use the ladder, slide or the ridged ramp to get back to earth! There are also two climbing frames complete with a fireman's pole, slide, and balance beams. There is also a spinning seat and basket swing! Great for younger kids to have hours of fun!
For those sunny summer days, or when watching the kids on the playground, make the most of our picnic area with picnic tables. Situated alongside the play area and near to reception.
Grab a pew at the picnic benches, purchase a coffee or ice cream from the shop, sit back, and enjoy! Young children must be supervised while playing in the play area.
fishing lake
Our fishing lake is for all the family. Stocked with Carp, Tench, Perch, Bream, Roach, and Rudd you will require a fishing license, a permit which can be purchased at reception, and your own equipment. Basic bait is available to buy at our shop. Non-guests can also use our fishing lake, simply visit reception on arrival.

Goat Enclosure
Meet Ragnar, Hugh, Sandy, Daphne, and Emma at our onsite goat enclosure. A firm favourite with our younger guests.
Visit them to say hi and watch them play. They are very friendly and sociable and love the company.
Food to feed the goats can be purchased at reception. Please do not feed them anything but the food available onsite.
Food & Drink Vendors
During the summer and special calendar dates, we have many food and drink vendors visiting the site. From wood-fired pizzas and gastro-pub style burgers to afternoon tea and cake, visits are frequent. Take a look at our What's On page for latest confirmed vendor dates.
The Deer's Glade shop includes lots of snacks and nibbles. Takeaway coffee can also be purchased with a choice of all the standard favourites. Plus you'll also have access to Fwip gelato ice cream and frozen yogurt during reception opening times.
Bike hire
Fancy making the most of the countryside and cycle routes, or perhaps a leisurely cycle to the local pub, bike hire is now available at reception.
We have four ebikes that you can hire for either a half or full day, they are subject to our t's and c's, which we do require you to read and sign before hire.
Please note these can only be hired for adult use, or for children 14 years or above who are fully supervised by an adult at all times.

Caravan pitch & store
- Storage available for caravans, motor homes, folding campers and trailer tents (subject to availability)
- All units are stored under cover in barns in our farmyard, behind locked gates
- £60 per calendar month for units up to 26 feet
- £70 per calendar month for units 26 feet and over, or twin axles
- We will bring your unit to your pitch prior to your stay at Deer's Glade or Deer's Mead and return it to our storage area after you have left
- Please note: There is a £5 charge made when taking the unit out of storage on to the car park for servicing or to gain access to your van and to stay on other sites other than Deers Glade or Deers Mead.
This way you can enjoy your stay at Deer's Glade without the stress of towing, whilst also saving you time, fuel and money!
