Payment Terms

• A 20% deposit or minimum of £10, whichever is the larger, is payable upon booking.
• This deposit payment is non-returnable and non-transferable.
• The balance is payable upon arrival and not departure.
• Payments may be made by card (most accepted), cheque, supported by a guarantee card or cash for balance on arrival.
• Guests will be charged for the full dates booked unless we have received at least 7 days notice prior to arrival of any amendments.

 

General Terms and Conditions

• There is a quiet policy on the park between 11pm and 7am. 
• Unless we are notified of a late arrival, if any guests have not arrived on their due date the pitch will be re-let from 9am the following morning.
• Bad behaviour or abuse towards any staff or other guests may result in the person being asked to leave the park immediately, with the loss of the rest of the value of their stay
